YourLook provides an AI-powered virtual dressing room service that allows users to visualize how clothing items would look on them by uploading their photos and images of clothing. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic try-on images.

YourLook owns the platform, software, and AI technology. You retain ownership of the images you upload, but grant us a license to process them to provide our services. Generated images are provided for your personal use only.
Images generated by our AI service are provided for your personal use. While you may use these images for personal shopping decisions, you may not use them for commercial purposes without proper licensing. The accuracy of generated images may vary and should not be considered a guarantee of how clothing will actually look or fit.
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The AI generated images are approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothing will actually look or fit.
In no event shall YourLook, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YourLook operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
